Shipping Information
All Terra 203 rugs and décor are made to order by master artisans in Colombia. Orders ship from Palm Beach, Florida. Delivery leadtime is approximately 8 weeks from order confirmation. Local shipping is $199 and will be added to the order. Payment terms: 50% deposit required to begin production, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. For trade clients, shipping details and tracking will be provided upon dispatch.
Policies & Compliance
Terra 203 is a trade-only showroom serving interior designers, architects, and decorators. All orders require trade account registration and approval. Once the first payment is made, no refunds will be accepted, and any changes to the order will depend on the production stage, as all pieces are made to order. Terra 203 reserves the right to decline trade applications. All designs and imagery are the intellectual property of Terra 203 and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Product Disclaimer
All rugs and tapestries are handmade. Due to the artisanal nature of the product, a variation of up to 15% in shade, tone, texture, and weave is considered standard and does not constitute a defect.
Pricing & Availability
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final prices may be adjusted based on changes in material, labor, shipping, or currency fluctuations.
Custom Orders
Custom pieces require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. All custom orders are final sale.
Natural Material Notice
Inconsistencies or imperfections are a natural characteristic of handmade rugs and tapestry and are not considered defects or grounds for return.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Terra 203 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, minor discrepancies in size, color variation, wear from misuse, or allergic reactions.
Force Majeure
Terra 203 shall not be held responsible for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., weather, transportation delays, strikes, customs).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
