Bee203 is a task management and receipt tracking application that allows users to create groups, manage tasks, track receipts, and collaborate with team members. The App is available on web, Android, and iOS platforms.
You must create an account to use Bee203. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Bee203 offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Individual, Partner, Family, Enterprise, Enterprise+) with varying limits on storage, file sizes, and team members. Free tier users are subject to usage limits as displayed in the app. Paid subscriptions provide increased limits and features.
You retain ownership of all content you create in Bee203, including tasks, receipts, notes, and attachments. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
You agree not to:
Bee203 integrates with Google Calendar and Google Contacts as optional features. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Bee203 to access the specific Google services described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google services at any time from the App's Settings.
Your use of Bee203 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Bee203 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Bee203 at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy's data retention section.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
