1. Introduction

Bee203 ("we", "our", or "us") is a task management and receipt tracking application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and services.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. Authentication is handled securely through Supabase.

User Content

We store the content you create within the app, including tasks, receipts, groups, notes, attachments (photos and files), and action logs. This data is stored securely in our database and cloud storage.

Google Account Data

If you choose to connect your Google account, we may access:

• Google Calendar: We read and write calendar events to sync your tasks with due dates. We use the calendar.events scope, which only allows access to events — not your full calendar list.
• Google Contacts: We read your contacts (using the contacts.readonly scope) to help you find and invite team members. We cannot modify your Google Contacts. You may optionally push individual client records to Google Contacts from the app.

We do not access any other Google services or data beyond what is described above.

Location Data

We do not collect or track your device location. When you use the Smart Lookup feature for client details, location searches are performed through Google Places API based on text you provide — not your device GPS.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the Bee203 app and its features
• Sync tasks with your Google Calendar (when connected)
• Help you find contacts for team invitations (when Google Contacts is connected)
• Generate reports and exports you request (PDF, Excel)
• Send in-app notifications about group activity, task assignments, and approvals

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access their own data and data shared with them through groups. File attachments are stored in secure cloud storage with authenticated access only.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• Group members: When you create or join a group, other members of that group can see shared tasks, receipts, and related content within that group.
• Service providers: We use Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for web hosting, and Google APIs for calendar/contacts integration. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

6. Google API Services - Limited Use Disclosure

Bee203's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only use Google user data for the purposes described in this privacy policy
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the app's features
• We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless required for security purposes, to comply with law, or with your explicit consent

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can:

• Disconnect Google services at any time from Settings within the app
• Delete your data by removing tasks, receipts, groups, and attachments from the app
• Delete your account by contacting us at the email below
• Export your data using the app's built-in PDF and Excel export features

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted items may be retained in backups for up to 30 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.

9. Children's Privacy

Bee203 is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app's release notes or in-app notifications.
